Kapittel Tripel Abt 10° is een amberkleurige tripel van hoge gisting met nagisting op de fles. Deze tripel heeft een vol en complex smakenpalet dat het best kan omschreven worden als vol, rond, licht hoppig maar niet bitter, eerder licht zoetig. De onaangename smaak van alcohol is afwezig, deze is vervangen door een warm mondgevoel.

330mL bottle at Delirium Cafe, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma has a great champagne-like effervescence, nice Belgian yeast expression, with just a hint of candi sugar. Flavour is expertly calibrated, bringing out the Belgian yeast nicely, with a light champagne-like effervescence, and a touch of rustic graininess. Fairly dry and fragrant on the yeast. Excellent.

Bottle at Delerium Village. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Floral hops and golden raisins on the nose. Flavour is super dry, floral, orange peels, golden raisins. Good carbonation. Great tripel.

Pours a hazy pale amber with a big frothy off-white head. Aroma of malts, yeast, ripe fruits, plenty of spices, candy sugar, hops. Flavour is malty sweetness with a very nice hopbitterness in the aftertaste. Not much of an Abt/Quad but an excellent heavy Tripel.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso il fruttato e lo speziato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta velato. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, frutta secca, un accenno di resinoso, agrumi, erbe aromatiche, frutta disidratata, frutta passita e alcol presente.

Bottle 0,33ltr: Hazy blonde coloured brew with an sweet bitter taste and some hints of fruits and caramel, just like the earlier rated blonde only much better, very much better.
