Draught. Coppery brown colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is floral, some toffee, mild ashes, a bit spicy and some chocolate and dried fruits. Flavour is roasted, mild ashes, chocolate, some spicy and dried fruity notes.

Tap at Espoo Panee ja Juo, August. Color is dark brown with small slightly brownish head. Aromas and flavors: Chocolate, coffee, some Cacao, roasted malts... nice easy little bit of silky porter. Pleasant surprise.

Smell of ashy malt. Black colour, high brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, some ash, hops. Almost black IPA-like. Very bitter, ashy dry palate. Flat carbon. Very much attitude.

Bottled 330ml (Humala, BB 20/12/21)
Opaque colour, small beige head. Toasted, some chocolate in the nose. Light to medium-bodied. Toasted, cocoa flavour. Some bitterness. Solid lowish alc porter.

Keg at the tap. Low key coffee and berry aroma. Cola brown. Ruby in the light. Creamy white head clings to the rim. Light bitter. Some sweetness. Light bodied. Slick but thin. Flat carbonation. Long finish. Ok.

On tap at the 8-Bit Taproom, Helsinki, Very dark reddish brown colour, nearly black. Small beige head. Nice and moderately roasty aroma and flavour, notes of chocolate and mild coffee. Enjoyable.

0,33l bottle from Pien's Christmas calendar. Very dark brown beer with medium, stable head. Aroma has roasted malts, coffee and chocolate. Taste has also roasted malts, smoke, coffee and chocolate. Bitter with hops at the end. Nice one.

(Keg at Olutravintola Malmgård, 20180302) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had burnt malts, ash and cocoa powder. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, sweetness, cocoa, ash and bitterness. Aftertaste was burnt, sweet and bitter. A pleasant burnt brew.
