Bière de Rieska 5,5% on klassinen pohjois-ranskalainen bière de garde -henkinen olut, jonka valmistukseen on käytetty rieskaa! Kyllä, luit oikein! Rieska on tuoretuote ja toisinaan rieskaa jää kaupoista yli. Keräsimme kaupoista tätä ylijäämärieskaa ja mäskäsimme rieskan mukaan tähän kuivaan ja hedelmäiseen olueen. Tehty yhteistyössä K-Supermarket Lehmuksen, K-Supermarket Sammonlahden ja K-Supermarket Arabian kanssa ja raaka-aineena on käytetty Natusen rieskaa!

Bottled (Thanks Jukka!). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is herbal, some floral, mild grains and that's about it. Flavour is grainy, some floral, herbal and mild earthy tones. Clean and ok, but rather boring.

33 cl bottle @ home. Bottled 07/2020, BBE 15.07.2021. Rated on 1.5.2021 Lots of foam when pouring. Aroma has soapy tones, some apricot, hay and minerals. Also odd ripe fruitiness. Foamy palate. Flavour has soapy tones, ripe apricot, minerals and vichy tones. Feels like a light belgian ale.

Bottled 330ml (AIH128)
Hazy amber-golden colour, steady off-white head and lace. Grainy, even wheaty-like nose. Light-bodied. Malts, some earthy hops, light dry fruityness. Refreshing.

Smell of straw, some yeast. Cloudy orange colour, high off-white head. Aroma of straw, a yeasty/banana sweetness quickly takes over. Sugar. Finishes malty and bready. Nice flavour combo. Mostly sweet with some bitterness. Wild carbon. Rather heavy body. Impressive.

A golden beer, a head is big and blond. Aroma has light fruitness, earthyness and herbs. Taste has herbal spicyness, earthyness, some sourness, quite dry. Medium bodied. Nice beer.

0,33l bottle from Tuju brewery shop. Bottled 07/20. BBE 15.7.2021. Hazy golden beer with medium white, bit cloudy head. Aroma has yeast, malts and some herbs. Flavor has yeast, some banana and herbs. Decent brew, which is always the minimum expectations from Tuju.
