Draught@Pub Winston 2020. Orange colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, some brett tones with mild farmyard and funk too. Flavour is brett, some wood, mild farmyard as well as some fruity and mild wooden tones. Pleasantly dry palate. Could do with a bit more age.

(Keg at Craft Beer Winter Wonderland 2020) The beer poured deep golden and hazy. Its head was small and white. Aroma had spiciness, green apples, fruitiness and sweetness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, spiciness, Belgian style yeast, sweetness, grass and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity, spicy and bitter. A pleasant spicy brew with sweet notes.
