44cl can. BB 04.12.2026 - achetée à la brasserie. Seems a new recipe as the beer is no longer in bottles.
Dorée, col blanc.
Arôme sur un bouquet frais houblonné tirant sur un léger côté fleuri tout en ayant un support malté/céréales. L'apport du riz reste plutôt discret au nez, ce dernier est plaisant.
Palais est léger sur le malts - céréales, repris par un herbacé / floral houblonné - infusion tout en ayant ce caractère assez spécifique du riz en ajout pour le côté Mexican Lager.
Fini plutôt malté avec un côté 'crisp'.

Can 44 cl. Pours golden with a slight haze and a small, white head. Malty nose. Medium body, clean sweet malts and a hint of metal. No bitterness. 150825

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Hazy pale yellow, fizzy head. Mild peachy nose. Mid sweet with light body and clean mouthfeel. Peach and corn bread. Low to medium bitterness.

Bottled. Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is maize, cardboard and mild rubber and earth. Flavour is maize, cardboard, grains and earth. Not sure but probably the worst Finnish microbrew I've ever had.

ABV: 4.6%. Sparkling and clear light to medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, pale malt, wit bier yeast - minerals. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, pale malt - wheat, wit bier yeast - minerals. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20221229]

Smell of malt, straw. Pale yellow colour, massive white head, bursts out of bottle. Aroma of malt, some lemon, starch. Sort of bitter. Wild carbon. Meh.
