Bottle sample at a tasting at Tom L's place. Thanks Shmupi. Hazy orange-amber. Peat smokiness, vanilla, wood, some fruitiness, sweet, spicy, salty, alcohol, umami.

Bottle. Amber color. Smoke, soft salt, earthy notes and caramel in the aroma. Malty sweet flavor with soft smoke, dried red fruit and caramel. Thick mouthfeel. Low on carbon. Weird but pleasant.

Bottle@Jens Ratebeer down tasting (11/02/2019) - amber pour with a white head. Sweet toasted malty with some brown sugar with smoked notes, sweet malty with notes of caramel and toffee, medium body dark smoked sweet malty finish

Very nice, lots of flavours going on. First off, very smoky, in a meaty, oaky kind of way, peppers helping to increase that. Sweet too. Mouthfeel is a bit oily, thick. Very rich beer, reminds me of the blackish bits of spare ribs. Yum.

33 cl bottle. Pours hazy orange, small brown head. Aroma is smoked, dark malty. Thick malty, sweet. Dense malty and sugarish. Smoked and toasted finish.

Bottled. An unclear brown beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and alcohol. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, alcohol, caramel, and bourbon, leading to a dry finish.

Botella 33 cl en Cimmeria 06.. 04..2018. (r02). Color ámbar oscuro tostado bastante turbio con espuma beige claro. Sabores originales, maltosos tostados ligeramente caramelizados y con buena dosis de ahumados al principio seguido de toques suaves salados y acabando con especiados y pimientas con suave amargo final. Bastante bien combinados todos los ingredientes. Cuerpo intenso con buena sensación alcohólica desde el principio y que junto con toda esa mezcolanza de ingredientes la hace lenta de beber. Para estar un buen rato. Original, bastante buena.
