Flesje gedronken bij H en B. Donker roodbruin bier, troebel en zonder schuim. Aroma is fruitig en wijn-achtig. Smaak is zacht, zoet, fruitig en ook pittig van de alcohol. Nasmaak is iets bitter waarbij ik de alcohol nog even in mijn keel voel.

Op tap bij Borefts '22. Amberbruine kleur, vuilwitte kraag. Rook, licht zuurtje, druiven, ook zoet, licht alcoholisch, iets wrang, vanille, bourbon, appels, lekker rokerig pepertje in de finish. Van alles wat, maar wel lekker.

Rusty orange colour with no head. Heady mix of smoke and sharpish fruits. Finish has a little tickle of throat warming heat.

Sampled @ Borefts Bier Festival 2022. A slightly hazy orange brown colour. Aroma of riped apples, peated malt, ripe fruits. Taste of ripe fruits, apples, peated malt, whiskey. Boozy finish.

Borefts XII Day 2. Hazy amber beer, good pale tan head. Smooth palate, slightly viscous, decent fine carbonation. Smooth malts, creamy caramel with a salty spicy edge. Soft white smoke, well integrated. Boozy bourbon before a smooth finish. Tastes like a barleywine to me.

Clear amber orange beer, practically no head. Aroma: oxidized, caramel malts, a bit of a sweet impression, lots of ripe banana, meh. MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: sweet start, malty, bitter, unpleasant, dry finish, some dried fruits. Aftertaste: sugary, alcohol noticeable, bitter and dry finish, spicy notes. Didn't catch the smoke or peat.

Rauchiger, süß-salziger Beginn, viel Alkohol. Komplexe Aromen, Bourbon, Torf, etwas Pflaume, minimale Schärfe. Intensiv, langer Nachhall. Gut. 8/13/12/12//12

Tap. Unclear deep amber color with almost no head. Aroma is mildly smoky, peppers, vineous, caramely, crazy combo. Taste is the same, really crazy combination. Thick mouthfeel, medium fine-bubbled carbonation. Some spiciness in the back. Good one for all the ingredients!
