7/5/2022. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours slightly hazy pale orange gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is fleshy apple, citric, touch apple pie. Medium sweetness, touch tart. Moderate body, oily watery, average carbonation. Slightly dry and twiggy finish. Decent,

500ml bottle, courtesty of Gabe Cook, from Assessing Cider Course. Hazy orange colour, short-lived bubbly white head and aroma of juicy apple, alittle funk. Taste is sweetish, tangy, apple, orange juicy, with orchardy funk, and bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium-dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable
