(Bottle sample, En Öl- och Spritmässa, Stockholm, 7 Oct 2023) Hazy golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, spicy nose with notes of bread, banana, hay and clove. Fruity, wheaty taste with bread, clove, hay and banana. Low bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Hardly exciting, but clean and well made. Quite enjoyable.

Keg at Captain Cooks, Östersund. Good to see this beer on tap here at our local. Sweet bannana and smoke on the aroma, making it interesting. Initial deep hefeweizen taste giving way to lighter kristallweizen. Somewhat detached but a nice drinker. Will try again sooon. (23/2/22) ----- Bottle. Missing some of the complexities it had on tap but otherwise same comments. 3.5 to 3.1. (14/3/22) ---- Keg at Cooks. Much much better on tap where the smokey malts are there and it all feels more wholesome and joined up. 3.1 to 3.6. (18/3/22) ---- Keg at Gubbe House, Darlanna. Notes of ice cream, grass, bannana. Clear gold with decent carbonation. Highly drinkable. 3.6 to 3.3. (11/8/22) ------ Keg at Captain Cooks. Sweet and boozy with strangely gold look. 3.3 to 2.8. --- Bottle. Sweet and tasty. 2.8 to 3. (15/4/23) --- Keg at Captain Cooks. 3 to 3.2.
