Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours a hazy, deep red with a roughish, off-white head. Nose is dominated by massive acetic acid blending in with the berries. Medium body, very low carbonation, some oaky tannins, char and berries on a rather sour background, altough there's an odd underlying sweetness. Not too shabby if not exactly the most refined Brekeriet creation. 130622

Bottle, enormous thanks P.! Murky reddish body, amber reflections on the side. Oaky, vegetal, blackcurrant aroma, wild, a bit spicy. Pleasant wild taste, salty, blackcurrant, minerally. It is what it is. And it's tasty.
