Foamy cream coloured head on a rich mahogany coloured body.
Malt, toffee & spiced fruit aroma.
Medium to full, creamy with a lively cloying back.
Blueberry, toffee, malt & demerara tastes with a peppery finish.
That's a tasty ESB.

Bottle at the End of an Era tasting at ABC Beers, Den Haag. Poured a clear dark copper colour with a thin off white head. The aroma is woody resin hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a yeast, light smooth malt, woody hop palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle shared @ final old style THT. Clear red to brownish color, small to average sized off-white head. Smell and taste malts, some caramel, a hint of (Dutch) "hopjesvla" and some bitter. Decent body and carbonation. Not my thing but decent enough.
