Bottle. Henrik Søgaard found this at a beer collector. Should have been tasted before October 30th. No head. Light amber color and a bit hazy. Aroma is hops and caramel. Taste is dull and flat. No carbonation left.

(Bottle 50 cl) Deep, clear amber colour - almost no head. A bit flat as most often in Harboes plastic PET-bottles. Rather sticky, caramelish malt character pretty much without bitterness. Notes of chicken fodder, but I’m not sure if there’s actually corn in this. An unusual style for Harboe - this is closer to a Vienna. 250205

An amber beer with an OK but disappearing dense off-white head. The aroma is sweet and contains lots of caramel as well as candy sugar, slight burnt notes, and some grass. The flavor though doesn’t measure up to what the aroma promises. The flavor is sweet with sour hints from the notes of corn, but also with notes of metal and caramel. The mouthfeel is flat - all the carbonization turn into head when it is poured.

Dirty-looking, dark yellow colour. Roasted flavour for a lager. Aftertaste of slightly harsh bitterness.
