A very special beer. A European style Lager brewed with Alberta 2-Row, Flaked Rye, Wheat Malt and Munich Malt, Wet Hopped with freshly picked Alberta Willamette hops, dry-hopped with Mandarina Bavaria and fermented with Lager yeast and conditioned on Brettanomyces Bruxellensis for three months. Funky notes of barnyard and leather are complimented by a strong malt background, straw, stone fruit, banana and mint.

Grapefruit bretta and some florals. Great balance, and super pleasant easy drinking bretta beer. A little orange peel. Mostly crops finish here. Can.

Odd aroma is a bit candyish, but also sour. Weird stuff. Not all bad but I have no idea what to make of it.

Bottle sample at Farmhouse Fest 2022, pours a cloudy bright yellow with a small white head. Aroma is a cluster fuck, with a touch of funk, tart citrus hops, and earthiness — seems rather jumbled. Flavour is jumbled, with earthy hops, buggy notes and some stale stone fruits. This doesn't work too tell. A bit lame.

473ml can. Pours a slightly hazy amber-gold with a medium, foamy, long lasting, white head that leaves thick, soapy lacing. Aroma of spicy rye malt, grainy wheat, apricot, leather, Brett and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of bready wheat malt, nectarine, tangerine, banana, Brett, and floral hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Light to medium body with a smooth, oily texture and soft carbonation. Tasty and well done.
