330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, chestnut colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, beige head. Slightly toasty, nutty and minimally chocolately, dark malty and yeasty fruity aroma, hints of toffee, nougat, praline, a touch of red berries. Taste is sweet-ish, slightly chocolately, nutty and toasty, dark and slightly caramel malty, hints of caramel, milk chocolate, a touch of Brazil nut, yeasty fruity hints of red berries.
Creamy-watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium to fine, dense, mildly prickly carbonation.
Seemingly light, not overly "Bock-ish", somehow a top-fermented Bock (if that would make sense) or rather a Brown Ale - nice nevertheless.

Fles gedeeld met Roelzie. Het is een helder amberkleurig bier met een volle beige schuim. Het heeft een aroma van gebrande mout en hop. De smaak is vol, moutig, noot achtig en zoet.

Bottle [from trade with bierkoning I think, thanks!] @ home. Nice dark brown color with a deep dark red glare coming through when held into the light. Smell and taste malts, dark fruit, sweetness. Decent body and carbonation. Alright.

Bottle. Color: Very dark ruby, beige head. Aroma: Sweetish caramel malt. Taste: Medium sweet, caramel, dark malt, hints of milk chocolate and nuts. Bitter finish. Medium body, below average carbonation. Ok.
