Thick, ever so slightly yellowish head over lemon-yellow beer. Aromatic herbal nose, explosive upon opening, bit peppery. Sharpish spicy flavour, vegetable, with a light fruity touch. Whitecurrant? Blossomy, and again some pepper. Quite spritzy, bit slick, refreshing. Long-lasting flavours, light body. Light and impressive beer, well worth looking for.

Bottle shared. Bit hazy yellow with huge white head. Wheat, light funky, grassy, earthy, lemon zest, quite chalky. Light sweet and sour, medium bitter. Just medium bodied. OK.

Dorée, pâle, col blanc.
Arôme sur des notes belges rustiques, grains concassés et anciens - épeautre plus dominant. Rétro-nasal houblonné noble, fleuri, finement terreux avec une petite pointe de fleuri.
Palais sur une approche belge, presque sur une signature DLS dont les brassins axés sur les bretts - houblonné sur le noble.
Épeautre vient ajouter un caractère plaisant et rustique, finement terreux. Effervescence moyenne à faible et un fin sur le malt - pils.

Bottle shared at Kingsdsy Tasting 2022. Pale yellow color, average sized white head. Aroma and flavor are wheat, lightly malty, a bit hayish bitter. Hard to describe. A bit herbal but also a bit bland. Mwah.
