We start with a full stout base fermented with English Ale II to provide a fuller smooth body with a hint of dark stone fruit esters. The true magic happens post-fermentation with plenty of support characters featuring ancho chiles, cacao nibs, and cinnamon sticks. Expect rich notes upfront of chocolate, chile, and cinnamon with supporting plum, earthy, and roasty flavours.
