Dark brown, aroma is chocolate and cinnamon, mostly. Med body, light chocolate, some cinnamon, ginger maybe. Ok, looking for more complexity and of course it just needs to be bigger to be more effective.

On tap at Irrational, pours a dirty dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma has plenty of spicy pepper, cocoa, and cinnamon in good balance, with some toasted malt underneath. Flavour is reasonably balanced, with spicy pepper upfront, and the cocoa and cinnamon further back. Not much malt body at all. Okay but leaves plenty to be desired.

On tap at the brewery. Pours dark brown with a beige head. Chili peppers and chocolate on the nose; some roast as well. Flavour has chili peppers, chocolate, some roast; gentle chili heat on the finish. Nice for what it is.

Dark clear brown with a small beige head. Heavily spiced and chocolate but more Worchester sauce than mole. Dark, spicy and bitter and note mole.
