Bottle from Speciaalbierpakket. Aroma is roasted malt with cocoa, dark chocolate, notes of hops and red fruits, coffee, and some liquorice. Flavour is medium sweet with a rather bitter finish. Body is medium to full. Fairly hoppy Stout, could be a bit more smooth and full, plenty of roast and chocolate, enjoyable.

Bottle. Almost black. Malt and licorice in the aroma. Malty sweet flavor with soft roast, licorice and caramel. Low on Carbon. Medium to full bodied. Good.

Danke an Christos - glaube ich. Dunkelmalziger, süß rauchiger Beginn. Intensiv mit starker Malzigkeit, die Süße steigt leicht an. Vollmundig, die Röstigkeit nimmt leicht an, Holznoten nehmen dagegen zu. Schokoladig, cremig, langer Nachhall. Lecker! 10/11/12/11/9/12

pours black with a nice sticky fine light brown head. aroma of chocolate, dark malts, roasted, sweet, milk chocolate, some lactose. Taste silky smooth, weak/thin texture, roastes malts, dry mouthfeel, powdery cacao, dark chocolate, roasted malts, alcohol, some fruits, prunes, coffee, moccha, medium body, soft carbonation, longlasting roasted bitter finish, could have used a thicker texture imo. --- Beer merged from original tick of S3 Russian Imperial Stout on 18 May 2018 at 13:23 - Score: 7

Bottle. Black pour, firm creamy head. Aroma of mocha coffee, licorice, caramel, mild roast, chocolate and prunes. Taste has soft mocha coffee, chocolate, red fruit, licorice, creamy malt, subtle smoke and some hopbitter in the finish. Soft mouthfeel. This is actually very nice, just what I was looking for.
