This Roggenbier is a brown German-style rye beer made with a special German strain of yeast. The same yeast that we made our Heavenly Hefeweizen with. The yeast imparts the distinct flavor and aroma of banana and cloves to blend with the slight roast from midnight wheat malt and spicy backbone of the rye malt.

Draft. Fruity bready rye malt aroma. Hazy amber with a large off-white head. Creamy bready rye malt and light herbal hops flavor. Medium creamy body, soft carbonation.
