Medium, ultra-dense and fine dark cream head over copper-chestnut, clear beer, finely carbonated. Caramel, holly, parsley, toasted malts bomb, rainwater. Bitterish, metallic, horsechestnut, caramelhints. Dry-bitterish until the finish, dark green leaves, bit woody. Warming up, it acquires a less welcome bitter almond flavour. Quite slick, at least medium bodied, medium to good carbonation. Very dry for a Bock. Surprising - much better than expected. Its copper colour makes it an Urbock , rather than a Dunkler. Thanks to Stef!

Barwa ciemnobursztynowa, klarowne, piana jasnobeżowa, niezbyt obfita, słabej trwałości. W aromacie lekko słodowe, lekko tostowe, do tego alkohol. W smaku półwytrawne, sporo nut alkoholowych, wpadających w rozpuszczalnik, znikoma słodowość. Goryczka niska, wysycenie średnie, niska pijalność. Nie warto.

Can, 0.50l. Aroma of grass, caramel, toasted malt and dried fruit. Pours clear mahogany color with large frothy off-white head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts with sweet caramel and biscuit, follows by dried fruit and grass, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is moderate bitter. Medium body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. Steam powered ok bock...
