tap at the Ft Wayne brewpub 12/19/13 - Pours a lightly hazy copper with an aroma that’s all about the ginger. The flavor is sweet and full of ginger. It’s exactly what it says it is, huge ginger that carries well into the finish. The mouthfeel is on the watery side.

Draft @ brewery. Fresh sweet ginger and light citrus aroma. Hazy copper with a moderate off-white head. Earthy/rooty ginger, sweet honey-like malt flavor with a nice citrusy hop zing. As it warmed the ginger/citrus developed a nice spruce-like quality. Medium body, soft carbonation, slightly astringent finish.
