A small batch fresh/wet-hopped IPA using hops from local hop grower, 3 Hammer Farms. The hops were picked and delivered less than 24 hours from the time the beer was brewed and in the fermenter. Over a pound per gallon of fresh Columbus (CTZ) and Magnum hops from Three Hammers and a few pounds of Cascade from our vines at Flat 12

Draft @ brewery. Fruity/vegeta malt and sour cheesy hops aroma. Light amber with a small off-white head. Flavor follows the nose with vegetal malt and cheesy hops. Overall, the flavor is very earthy and leave a slightly spicy warmth at the back of the throat. The brewer said the hops came from young plants 3 year old plants that haven’t quite reached their peak. Body on the light side of medium, soft carbonation.
