We’re big fans of Southern Hemisphere hop varieties here at Beak.
For this beer, we’ve combined two of our all-time favourites – Motueka and Vic Secret – with large amounts of Citra to create an India Pale Ale with flavours of pineapple, lemon polenta cake, mojitos and candied lime.

Draught@TCBW2022. Hazy golden colour with a mediumsized foamy white head. Aroma is grains, some floral, mild resin with some slight spruce tips too. Flavour is grassy and floral bitterness with some herbal and mild sweet malty tones. Quite softly carbonated.

Tap at Bar Kuja. Ugly murky pale yellow colour and medium-sized white head. Grassy, herbal fruity aroma. Medium-bodied. Tropical fruits, herbal hops, some citrus. Ok.

Can at home in the garden. 8th August 22. Pouts a hazy yellow. Aroma is pineapple and citrus, dry hops. Taste is bitter, candy, sherbert, aromatic and tasty, great IPA.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Milky golden body with a thick white head. No visible carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of peach and orange sherbet. Flavour of vine tomatoes, grass and white wine. Medium body with a smooth mouthfeel. Soft fizz. It’s slightly boozy but the flavours are fresh and pungent.

Can from HOTM. Hazy deep orange colour with a white head. Aroma and taste are citrus lemon with tropical and pine. Light Sweet to slight bitter smooth body.
