Bottle at home, pale golden colour, small head. Aroma is frunky brett, tart, wheat, cider. Taste is the same, cider, apple, fruit, brett, wheat, malt, dry aftertaste. not bad.

Bottle. Mixture of homemade cider from Normandy bitter and Belgian old apple variety with a wheat beer based on Brett yeast. according to the brewery website. Color: Clear pale golden, no head. Aroma: Tart, apple, funky. Taste: Moderate to over moderate tart, apple, apple skin, tannins, dry mouthfeel, malty, quite subtle Brett funk, some fruity bitterness at the background. Medium body, below average carbonation. Refreshing. Ok.

Smell- weak sourness, herbal tones. Foam- thin, weak sourness, weak bitter tones, mote sourness. Head is small and white. Appearance- cool label, generic label. Bit cloudy yellow amber in color, weak carbonation. From - pint Taste - weak sourness, weak yeast, faint biiter tones. Slight apple. I don't like sour ones, why I buy them... Sink it is...

Very shortlived snowwhite head over clear pale golden beer. Sourish, sour apples, bit estrery, wild yeasts, solvent, cider. Medium dry cider, sourish, malonic acid, lactic, barn apples. Bit leafy. Light, certain (applejuice) slickness, almost no carbonation. More cider than beer, certainly not bad. Somebody ought to explain to me how the ABV can be missing on the label - that's unlawful, BTW. Straw blond with thin wispy head. There's a pleasant funky, farmhouse note. Initial tart sourness gives way to a soft, sweet apple taste on par with a Golden Delicious.
