On tap at ACBF 6/1/2013 Got this on a whim because the beer I wanted was out and I panicked. Bready pilsner, light fruit and caramelized sugar. Nice Oktoberfest if not a bit on the sweet side.

Bottle courtesy of AirForceHops. Very light fruity malt aroma, and a light cider vinegar aroma developed as it warmed. Hazy orange with a large ivory head. Vegetal malt, grassy astringent hops, and light spice flavor. Light body, soft carbonation.

5 oz. taster @ R.I. Brewfest 2 February 2013. And a 12oz. bottle, price of $2.49 @ Nikki’s Liquors, Providence, R.I. Color is a nearly clear orange with ample carbonation. Gives a nice tingle on the tongue. Nose has that distinct German hop and malt aroma. My lager glass had lots of spider web lacing as I drank. Flavor is on the lines of a classic Marzen, nice and malty sweetness throughout, but dominated by a sharp bitterness of a European hop variety. Lighter in body. I enjoyed a lot from the tap and the bottle was nearly as good.
