Aged for 14 months in Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels, this batch of Liquid Spiritual Delight Imperial Stout is blended with copious amounts of Madagascar Vanilla. Woody and earthy bourbon notes are complemented by bittersweet chocolate and floral vanilla accents.

2022 can from Livonia Liquor. Pours a deep black with a finger tan head that lingers. Loads of dark chocolate, fudge, bourbon and vanilla on the nose. Oak comes out as it warms. Full bodied, rich and decadent on the palate. Lingering bourbon vanilla and rich fudge and dark chocolate on the finish. Wow! Maybe the best BA stout I’ve had this year. The base beer is so rich and decadent. BT barrels and vanilla work well. Excellent!
