Buoyed by recent comments on check ins we decided to make this intensely bitter West Coast IPA style beer. There are heaps of Summit, Cascade, Simcoe and Chinook hops in here with a malt base of Pale, cara & Vienna and a healthy shot of dextrose to give a dry finish.

Keg @ Doncaster Brewery Tap. Darker amber with a head and a notable strength in taste. Metallic undertones exemplify a general bitterness.

Half pint on cask at the brewpub. Medium creamy off white head. Hazy amber pour. Lovely bitterness.
