The masterful team at WeldWerks might brew out of Colorado, but today’s Pilsner will transport your taste buds to a bustling beer hall in Prague. Each crisp sip packs that classic Czech malt character, conjuring notes of toasted bread. Pops of peppery spice and a kiss of lemon zest carry underneath, leading to a satisfyingly snappy finish.

The 14th Best Lager - Czech Pilsner / Světlý on Brewver! 16 ounce can from Tavour. Medium gold color. Puffy white head leaves excellent lacing. Crisp, malty flavor upfront has sweet, spicy undertones. Medium bodied with amazing depth and complexity for the style. Herbal hops and lemon zest on backend. Stellar. My 25th Weldwerks rating.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear bright gold with a slight white head. Aroma is bready/floral. Med body. Dry and pleasantly bitter. Bready malt rather obscured by some spicy hop. Not saying it's Noble hop, but it could be. Great flavor.

On tap at Haymaker NYC pours a clear gold with plenty of lacey white head. Nose is honey and dough and grist. Grain is so clear and crisp in the flavor, buttery bread, some peanut skins. Creamy finish, dry. Really well made.

Solo cup showing straw with sparse white foam. The nose shows moderately intense malts. The palate is lightly carbonated and medium bodied. Lightly malty with a mild pilsner bitterness.
