Can into a snifter showing moderately filtered apricot orange with half a finger of clean white quickly dissipating foam. The nose shows lightly tart notes of passionfruit and apricot. The palate is light bodied and moderately carbonated. Light lactose sweetness with a light tartness and forward flavors of passionfruit throughout. Simple and easy.
