This dry floral mead was my wife Neph’s idea as a bedtime soother, with calming chamomile and sweet-smelling lavender, this mead is finished with eucalyptus honey and barrel-aged to blend the flavours into a mead that will definitely give you sweet dreams!
Ingredients: chamomile, lavender, Spanish sunflower honey, eucalyptus honey, raisins, stabilisers (potassium sorbate, sodium metabisulphite) and finings

Sample at makers stall, Darlington Craft Market 30Apr2022. Pale yellow gold colour, no head and aroma of honey, chamomile, lavender. Taste is sweetish, honey, floral, chamomile and lavender notes, herbal, drying. Syrupy mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, dry finish. Nicely sippable.
