Bottle from The Cat in the Glass, Manchester. Gold pour. Nose is sulphur, pear, white grape. Taste is pear, lychee, zesty lemon, underlying lime notes. Exceedingly dry.

7/5/2022. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed. Pours clear pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is musty, pear, mucky, potato, starch, sweaty socks. Light sweetness, medium to heavy bitterness, light tartness. Medium body, oily, quite fizzy. Dry bitter finish. Didn't enjoy this as much as expected.

750ml wired cap bottle from Cat in the Glass. Slightly hazy pale yellow gold colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of fruity, pear, caramel note. Taste is sweetish, perry pear, fruity, pineapple hint, with alittle tartness and some mellow tannins. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, medium dry finish. Nicely drinkable.
