We are proud to present out first Perry cider! We have called it Voyage this time. It is a low sweet fruity cider made of mainly 1 type of Belgian pear and a wee bit of apple, just 1 yeast and at 5.5% alc, 33cl bottle.

White rim over well-bubbled clear pale yellow-golden liquid. Vegetable oil, dry fruit, quinces. Dry white wine, pears... yes, but not absolutely, it's more vinous than pear-y. Quite dry, astringent, slick. A bit unsettling. Has definitely some white wine characteristics.

14/IV/22 - on tap @ DOK Brewing (Gent), BB: n/a (2022-356)

Clear light blond cider, small creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: some pears, apple skin, some sulphur, bit spicy, fresh apple juice. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of apple juice, little bitter, some more apple skin, dry, a bit sourish, a little spicy, tannins. Aftertaste: lots of apple juice, fruity, pears, a nice acidity, little bitter, some tannins, lovely cider / perry.
