0.33 l bottle from 'Bierothek', best before January 2024. Slightly hazy, pale golden yellow with a thin, fluffy, quickly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, slightly sourish, gently fruity aroma of ripe apple, vanilla, walnut and some dough. Slightly sweet, moderately sour, quite fruity taste of ripe apple, pear, walnut, wood and light lemon, followed by a short, gently sour, quite woody-dry finish. Thin to medium body, slightly astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft to average carbonation. Interesting, rather unique cider, quite pleasant overall.
