Bottle at Ambasada. Hazy yellow color, fizzy. Aroma of apple flesh and raw bread dough. Taste is lightly tart apple, fairly plain. OK

Bottle at Ambasada for the RBESG23 shindig. Hazy ochre body, off-white head. Yeasty aroma, some sweet and tart apple. Light odd yeasty notes, trace vomit, but in general quite okay. Lean, tart apple taste, quite tart too. Not more than okay honestly, expected more, still, the last bottle they had and it was outside of the fridge so it could've gone bad.

Bottle at Ambasada. Smells, looks and tastes like a raw must. Does not feel really fermented-out charcter-wise. There is medium sourness, light tartness and low sweetness, so that suggests that it indeed IS fermented out. But it tastes otherwise, just raw apples. It is pleasant enough, but as a cider it has to get a hard C- from me for being very boring.

0.33 l bottle. RBESG23. Hazy golden, small off-white head. Rustic apple aroma, apple juice, yeast. Moderately sour, soft carbonation. Juicy, lemony sourness. Crunchy sour green apple finish.
