Bottle, 330 ml at Ambasada, Zagreb. Hazy pale yellow with small white head. Apples and quince, sweetish, pleasant tartness, somewhat thin.

0.33 l bottle from 'Bierothek', best before January 2024. Hazy, very pale yellow with a thin, slightly fluffy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, a little sourish, rather fruity and minimally funky aroma of quince, ripe apple, honey and some hay. Minimally sweet, gently sour, fairly dry, rather fruity and a bit funky taste of quince, ripe apple, honey, hay and some lemon, followed by a short, gently tart, fairly dry and woody finish. Thin body, quite astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Interesting one, nicely woody-dry, as refreshing as expected despite the little sweetness.

Apparently considers enough apple to be classified as a cider. 0.33 l bottle at Ambasada. Zagreb. Shared with Plush and Winterspawn. Clear very pale golden. Quince and pear aroma, acidity but also candy. Flavour is apple or quince candy, white grapes, white wine, some plastic, and slightly rough. Light body, moderate carbonation, thin, abrupt finish. Works quite well, although a bit too thin and somehow artificial.
