This collab with Blech.brut and Atelier der Braukünste is a New England Style TIPA and clocks in at 9.5% ABV. It’s hopped up big time in both the whirlpool and dry hop with personal favorite Nelson Sauvin and the Cryo Pop blend. In the dry hop we used Motueka too. This expressive melange delivers aromas and flavors of tropical fruit, stone fruits and citrus. To make it smooth and hazy we used generous amounts of oats and wheat in the malt bill. We chose Verdant’s wonderful IPA yeast for fermentation, to make sure the end result would not be too sweet for our taste buds. And yours of course!

Hazy orange with a white head - Fruity hop aroma - Malt body with a fruity hop flavour and some bitterness - The fruity hop bitterness goes into the finish - This was good

Appearance: Hazy yellow colour with a white head.

Can sample at a Yana's tasting at Max's place. Murky yellow. Slightly stale green hops, sweetish, light umami note, some green bitterness, some alcohol.

Tap@MBCC 2022, Copenhagen (14/05/2022) - Big nelson white grape and crushed gooseberry to the fore, tropical and citrus notes in play, big sweet malty backbone, piney hoppy finish. Great stuff.

440ml can. Sweet, slightly stuffy and stingy hoppy with some citrus, grapefruit, herbal notes, mango and hints of yeastiness. Okay.

23/4/22: Another damn delicious banger from one of our local prides. Smooth, creamy and hoppy, with loads of white wineish flavours (gooseberries, white grape) and plenty of the more tropical mango and citrus. Dangerously drinkable for the ABV. Nice work, again!

19/5/22: CD 30/03. Hazy yellow, white head. Smell is very tropical, guava, with some lovely Nelsony aroma as well. Soft body, bit of a bite, slight alcohol at the finish. Taste is plenty of pale fruits, white grape, and somethink dank that I didn't spot first time.
