Can at home from the Web shop, thanks to Colin for the hook up. An attractive translucent bright orange coloured pour with a a sticky off white head. Aroma is orange rind, wheat, tangerine, midget gems. Nice spicy citrus hop on the nose as well. Flavour is composed of wheat, mineral, pithy citrus, hop oil. Numbing sensation on the tongue. Palate is grainy, mineral, highish carbonation. Assertive bitterness.

Can at home in London - via the web shop. Pours cloudy gold with a creamy, white head. The nose holds tangerine, melon, a little dry bread. Light-medium sweet flavour with some nectarine, rindy bitterness, orange peel. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Just a hint of warmth to the finish, more rindy citrus, orange, peach. Really good IPA.

440ml can from Hop Burns & Black. Canned 140218. Pours hazy orange with a thick white head. Aroma of fruits, herbal hops, pine, citrus, grass and hay. Taste is smooth, slightly sweetish and herbal with some pine, tropical fruits, citrus and grass. Finish is hoppy, slightly fruity and herbal with some pine, grass, hay and tropical notes, hints of bitterness and malts. Okay, quite west coasty IPA for a Cloudwater. --- Beer merged from original tick of IPA Simcoe Ekuanot on 16 Mar 2018 at 20:33 - Score: 7

(440ml can from Mikkeller Webshop, canned Feb 14) 1mo @ drinking. Very hazy medium orange pour with a huge pile of loose white head that fades slowly with lace. Notes of bitter orange peel, spruce needle, berries, resin, citrus pith, spicy leafy notes, slightly earthy, quite dry with a little sweet malt for balance, finishing very dry and rather bitter, pith and "green" notes. Medium bodied, average carbonation. A bit on the green side of things as I've come to expect from recent Ekuanot, not to mention Simcoe, but it avoids going too far in that regard. Pretty tasty if not completely to my style.

Burk från boxbeer drucken med ölföreningen. Snyy NEIPA med frisk citrus och tropisk frukt, men också lite bubbelgum. Medelstor kropp, aningen tuggig, pigg humle, måttlig beska. Riktigt bra men saknar det lilla extra.

Can. Hazy gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Airy dry palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Soft dry malts, light creamy sweetness. Orangey hops, lightly spicy. Touch of yellow grapefruit and dry hop dust. Pretty dry.
