A spring special!
With a clean and refreshing intial palate this year's 'Lush Drop' combines the complex sweetness of dried apricots and the earthiness of hazelnuts with an intense bitterness and long finish characteristic of a Uley Ale.

Cask-conditioned at the Old Spot, Dursley 27/5/2013. Golden with a slight white head. Sweetish, rich tea biscuit malts, a hint of apricot and leafy hops, before a decent, bitter finish. Good.

Cask at The Corinium Hotel, Cirencester, Glos, 28.05.11 Pours light amber with a slim white head. Soft in the mouth with a gentle hoppiness, some stale biscuit and a rustic quality,in fact its quite old fashioned in style and flavours with that distinctive Uley thumbprint all over it.
