100ml (ordered after NY girls convinced the bartender to do half pours, hehe) shared with Ryan sitting at the bar and talking to the Mikkeller employees. Appearance: almost black with a beige head. Aroma: roasty, a bit inky. Taste: a bit of roast, nice body with a bit of sweetness and slightly roasty black chocolate finish. Overall: nicely done.

deep dark brown, almost black colour, half inch of creamy brown head, which lasts for several minutes; aroma of dark chocolate, toffee, dairy cream, coffee, some anise and vanilla notes; taste is the exact same with dark chocolate-bittery dominance, some spicy alcohol and soy sauce notes; excellent imperial stout!

Can thanks to cgarvieuk. Appearance - jet black with a tan to fawn head. Nose - cinder toffee, smoke and chocolate. Taste - rich cinder toffee, liquorice and treacle. Palate - full bodied rich and sweet, then going into a light roast. Overall - lovely stuff.
