A West Coast style IPA with a tonne of hop flavour and aroma. Subtle sweet malt flavour backs up the huge amount of orange, grapefruit, pine and floral aromas this beer expels.

A lightly hazed orange amber ale with a thin big bubbled off white head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with light spruce notes, light floral hops, grapefruit pulp, pleasant. In mouth, a nice caramel malt with light floral and resinous hops, citrus pulp, very nice. Cask Days 2014

Draft - Fresh grapefruit and light caramel. Clear gold with a rich white head. Sweet pithy grapefruit, light and the ABV is well hidden. Bit rich on the palate and abit of spice in the finish. Very light bitterness.

Draught at the brewery
Cloudy orange to light amber color with compact head. This IPA has a lean malt profile that doesn’t interfere with the hopping; the aroma is mildly fruity, the flavor is more evidently fruity, there are some hop resins too, and it ends a bit chewy and heavy, with traces of dust and yeast, almost spicy.
Quite good hop fix, although a bit dirty as the name promises.

On tap at Stonesedge in Whistler. Pours amber with moderate head. Aromas of tropical fruit, pine, and rubber. Flavors of candied fruit, pine, toffee, and grapefruit. Fruity. Great, I don’t understand the other poorer ratings.

On tap at Parallel 49, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of herbal hops, some vegetal notes, and tangy biscuity malt. Flavour is thankfully better, with lots of bitter citrus hops dominating the palate, balanced by just enough biscuity malt - a tad of a metallic tinge as well. Not what I expected from the name, as it's not dirty, though it is a bit rough around the edges. Okay IPA - not up to Parallel 49's usual standard.
