Trademark “Qualität Südtirol” – Kronplatz is the heart beat of the Pustertal Valley, offering hiking and biking in the summer, while the winter offers some of the best skiing in Europe. Finix Brewing Co. collaborated together with Kronplatz to make its namesake beer. Like the mountain, this Pale Ale has its roots in Pustertal, brewed with 100% pale malt grown by local ‘Pustertaler’ farmers in the valley. Light golden in the glass, this beer uses simcoe hops to lend it light notes of citrus and pine. Smooth and flavorful and finished with a light tangy bitterness, this beer is a four season pounder.

0,44 l can from Nägele, Algund. Cloudy golden with an one finger head in the glass. A lot of citrus hop and some pale grain on the nose. Taste starts hoppy, citrus and increasing dry pale malt. Getting thinner in the second part. Mid carbonated.
