ABV: 5.1%. Murky medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, weizen yeast, clove, light banana. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, banana - clove, weizen yeast, wheat. Body is medium, texture is oily - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20230422]

Bottle @ Franken. Pours hazy golden orange with a small white head. Overripe banana, orange and cloves. Sweet with brown banana lingering long.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy golden with an off white head. Sweet banana aroma with a yeasty edge. Medium body, smooth on the palate, yeasty and very fruity with distinct banana notes. Traditional and very well crafted Hefe. 131021

€-Fläschla: Golden, not really cloudy, big and firm white beaten-egg-white-like head, moderate sourish-sweetish aroma of mainly wheat and yeast with cloves in the background; moderate sweetish-sourish flavour, creamy MF, hardly medium bodied; some well hidden citrussy spots show up in the all in all wheaty and yeasty finish. A cheap one, but obviously not bad at all...

500ml bottle. Hazy yellow-ish golden colour with average to huge, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Wheaty, and yeasty spicy, minimally fruity aromaTaste is slightly dry, yeasty spicy, minimally fruity, hints of dried banana; not too sweet. Decent.

0,5 l bottle. 70's retro label. Unclear flat pale golden with an huge three finger white foamy head. Banana clove yeast smell. Taste starts orange fruity, less but present wheat and yeast. Chewing gum and clove in the background. Increasing wheat in the second part, getting a little bit dry. Smooth and low carbonated. Quaffable industrial Bavarian standard stuff.
