Light & refreshing with citrus notes, this is a perfect go-to option for anyone looking for craft beer without a high level of hops. Plus, the name is great inspiration for karaoke…
Light, citrusy, refreshing.

Can 44 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque golden with a lacing, white head. Yeasty, citrusy aroma. Kinda light in body, more citrus and yeast with a slight tartness and a dry, slightly bitter finish. Has absolutely nothing to do with a Hefeweizen, this is a hoppy Wheat Ale. 140925

44 cl can poured in to a Weizen glass. Hazy golden colour with a medium-sized white head. Sweet aroma with yeasts, banana, cloves, citrus fruits, and wheat malts. The taste is light sweet. Medium body. Drying fruity finish. Nice, fluffy.

Draft. An unclear yellow beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of wheat, straw, and citrus fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of citrus fruits, straw, and wheat, leading to a dry finish.

Tap at Fermentoren CPH. Poured a hazy golden colour with a thin white head. The aroma is grainy malt, light banana yeast. The flavour is grainy, herbal with a light, slightly watery, light banana, earthy, mineral palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Nothing special, but fresh and drinkable. --- Beer merged from original tick of Wheat Caroline on 02 May 2023 at 21:42 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7. Original review text: Draft at Fermentoren, Copenhagen. Poured a slightly hazy golden colour with a thin white head. The aroma is yeast, orange banana. The flavour is light sweet and yeasty bitter, with a crisp, dry, yeasty, orange citrus, light spicy, light hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average to soft carbonation. Not your usual wheat beer. Hints of sweetness and more refreshing than I would have expected.
