This light-colored and fresh beer is 100% fermented with wild yeast (Brettanomyces Claussenii) and is the first in an ongoing experimental series.
The power of this yeast is mainly in the aroma with instantly recognizable farmhouse and sour notes that are characteristic of Brett beer. In the taste the presence remains subtle so the citrus-like notes of the American hopping are not overshadowed.

Draft at Arendsnest during Carnevale Brettanomyces. Funkiest of the fest so far. Sweaty animals in dusty attics with bare feet. Tasty

Aroma and flavour have plenty of Brett. Fine carbonation. Smooth feel. Very bitter and dry finish.

Draught @ P&K, small sample. Hazy pale yellow color. Firm, rocky, dense white head. Aroma's: light sourness, light funk. Retronasal there's more funk, some bitterness, light sourness. Flavor is moderate bitter, light funky, a little bit sweet even. Light bodied. Moderate bitter finish. Edit: had another sample after a few months and it turned into one big dung bomb. No sourness anymore, just funk, horseblanket and dung. i thought 100% brett fermented beers were not supposed to become so funky, but apparently I've been misinformed.
