750 ml clear screwcap bottle, vintage 2020, bought at the cidery. Made from the apple variety Summerred. Very pale straw colour, pours slightly sparkling, nearly still in the glass. Very nice aroma of Summerred apples, which also is a good variety for eating or juice / must. Also a hint of sulphites. Dry flavour, probably good with food, some tannins, but I'd prefer it sparkling.

GYG 051221.Pale golden color with no head. Aroma is apples, sulphur. Flavor is apples, sulphur , sournessalcohol. applecore, grass. Ordinary cider.

Bottle, 75cl. Vintage 2020. It's a clear, still straw colored cider with no head. Quite alcoholic and a bit yeasty on the nose, with a light sulphuty touch. Fresh yellow apple, some apple cores and grass too. It's warming and medium bodied, semi-dry and rather flat on the palate, with a good apple flavor. Some grassy hints and apple seed bitterness, along with a tad much yeast or just plain old sulphite. Long dry finish. A bit rough this one, with little room for the apple aromas and flavors. 211204
