Showcasing Eraclea Pilsner malt, a newly developed malt grown in the adriatics, producing nice honey and melon like malt sweetness. A touch of Weyermann CaraHell, contributing to a round body and better malt aroma. Complimented by new world German and French hops in an innovated process using “Dip Hopping” developed by Kirin Brewing in Japan.

Clear pale gold with a decent white head. Perfumy nice grains. Grains, perfume and a decent bitterness. Not bad.

Weak light clear gold body and bad modest foam. smells of good sharp floral hops, a bit of snappy grain. Taste is nice grassy hops, soft honeyed grain notes. Ends very crisp and snappy. Local brewers take note, this is how you do it. Not the prettiest pilsner but otherwise very well done.
