Corked and caged 37.5cl bottle, 2012 edition (red label). Clear to lightly hazy cherry red colour, half finger frothy reddish head, dissipates after a short while, some lacing. Sour cherry aroma, candy sugar, cinnamon, hint of lemon, oak, tannine, grass. Taste sweet and light sour, cherry. Light to medium body, watery texture. Sweet and sour astringent finish with a hint of bitterness. Quite nice when you like your kriek a bit on the sweet side.
