16/9/2023. Can at the Vojens GP beer share. From Beer Central, Sheffield. Pours hazy pale amber copper with a short lasting off-white head. Aroma is a little harsh, sour raspberry, light vanilla, herb, slight hints of honey. Moderate sweetness, slightly salty, medium sourness. Medium body. Good but not their best.

440ml can, Chez Sophie. Unclear pinkish orange appearance, thin white head. Too much sour tang here.. lacks the expected creaminess of a raspberry ripple, with a very mild raspberry syrup presence. No honey, vanilla or pastry. Disappointing.

Tap at Amager, Bryggen. Poured a clear pink colour with a round bubbly white head. The aroma is big raspberry. The flavour is moderate sour and sweet, with a crisp, juicy tart raspberry, vanilla palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.

Tap at Akkurat. Opaque peachy orange with almost no head. Loads of fresh raspberries in both aroma and taste, slightly puckering, a bit of vanilla too. Highly refreshing and fruit forward.
