Bottle @ Bickle’s Homecoming, Ratebeer Odense. Pours amber copper with a small White head. Massive caramel and butterscotch. Green Apples. Wood and sherry. Doesnt work. Rerate March 2023 at work. Vinous, port, sherry, fine complexity. Clean. 2,7-3,8

Cloudy amber, offwhite head. Woody, malty aroma, some fruity notes, barrel. Bittersweet malty flavour, fruity, could be sherry. Wood too. Sherry becomes clearer later on. Dry, warming finish. Rather boozy in the long run.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an opaque, murky brown with a rich and frothy, beige head. Oaky nose, tannins. Rich, sweet body, heavy caramel and oaky tannins with some diacetyl. Bitterish finish. 111221
