Bottle @Saxo. Nearly black, small beige head, oily. Malty, dried fruity aroma, some licorice. Heavy boozy flavour, dark malty, sweet fruity. dried fruit and licorice, barely noticable beneath the heavy alc.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an opaque, dark brown with an orange hue and a small, fizzy head. Aroma is sweet molasses, licorice and alcohol. Rich, sweet and sugary body - seems to have more sugar than malts! But it's quite tasty with dark, overripe fruit accents and a very warming booze finish. But it's a great sipper, and very enjoyable as more than just a gimmick beer. 061120
