Bottle. Amber color. Malt and apple in the shy aroma. Malty sweet flavor with apple, a hint of oak, aceton. Alcoholic. Disappointing.

Sweet caramel. Some boiled down malt. Pours brown without much head or lacing. A little toffee and tobacco. Calvados. Oak. Sweet and bitter finish with lots of booze. Tap at Churchkey.

Almost clear amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth malts, light cream and a whisper of wood. Mild barrel vanilla balances well with bitterish rich calvados and it's encompamying ripe apple. Smooth finish. Nicely joined up and drinkable. Good now, good for about 5 years.
